I am active in local politics and enjoy gardening, hiking, movies and listening to classical music and talk radio.
I attended BYU before serving an LDS mission in Oklahoma, and then moving to San Jose, CA where I got started in the jewelry business in 1981. There I became an apprentice in a custom jewelry store. I became a jewelry shop manager in 1984 and then in 1989, I moved back to Provo and opened a wholesale jewelry shop.
In 2001, I opened a retail jewelry store, The Jeweler’s Bench, at 275 North University Avenue in Provo. I would welcome any visitors and would be glad to give you a tour of the shop.
